1. What products do you sell?

2. Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers overseas, mainly from Hong Kong. This allows us to offer a wide variety of items at competitive prices.


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • USA & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • UK, Europe, Australia: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–30+ business days
    Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.


4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 3–7 business days). You can track it directly through the link provided.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6–12 hours of placing them. After that, they are automatically processed by our supplier and cannot be modified.


6. Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll resolve it ASAP.


7. My item hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your item hasn’t arrived within 35 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you with a solution (resend or refund). We appreciate your patience while your package makes its way through international logistics.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
